Leslie Grandy

Leslie Grandy is a global, first-to-market product executive and board advisor with a 25+ year career innovating and delivering game-changing products in publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, including Best Buy, Discovery Communications, T-Mobile, Apple Inc., and Amazon. After retiring from Amazon, Leslie now serves as an Executive in Residence at the University of Washington Foster School of Business and co-architected, in partnership with the Foster Executive Education program, a new professional development program for Senior Product Managers called the Product Management Leadership Accelerator. Leslie is an Adjunct Instructor at the West Virginia University College of Creative Arts and Media and a Senior Instructor at Regis College in Weston, MA.

Drew Weaver

Drew Weaver is a Senior Program Manager with 20+ years of experience working in banking, payments processing, and for the past 7 years in the veterinary pharmacy sector. Drew specializes in solving complex problems at the intersections of people, processes, and technology; and delivering solutions that incorporate the customer experience and the needs of the business. Drew is a dynamic leader with strong strategic vision and an impetus for action. He brings his passion for teaching and mentoring to his Product Management classes at Regis College in the Master of Science in Product Management program. Drew resides in Maine and when not making businesses better can be found skiing, fishing and embracing his middle age on a pickleball court from time to time.
