One of the hardest moments of Josh Pigford’s career came with the surprise news that Baremetrics had just six to eight weeks of runway left. He searched for ways to cut costs. Hard conversations ensued. Faced with the reality that were no options left, Josh had to ask his employees to take a 15% pay cut – and a 30% salary reduction himself.
