That’s the inherent complexity of product management. It’s the reason so many companies struggle to understand the role, and even the companies who “totally get it” end up struggling anyway.

But in practice, organising teams around products can be challenging, especially when a company lacks a clear understanding of what a (digital) product is and if it does not embrace a product-led way of working.
