What strategies do you use to prioritize your product roadmap? And if I’m measuring on a specific outcome, let’s say like user growth, and an executive is measuring on a different ruler motivated by a different KPI or incentive structure, it’s really hard to reconcile those things because you’re measuring things differently.

Our goals and work are defined elsewhere, at different times, and there are good tools for that (like face-to face discussions, presentations, and roadmapping, product design and collaboration tools). Goals/KPIs will have to wait for a future post.
