We have to learn how to market and sell, and create a roadmap that can eventually be transitioned into an execution mode. A team may be tasked with increasing profit by 10%, and may be 95% certain of the roadmap to get there. In reality, no product falls cleanly into either category. The end result is a win for everyone.
