We were joined by more than 2,500 customers, partners, and others who wanted to learn more about our product, goals, and the path ahead. I first started using Intercom back before OpsGenie got acquired by Atlassian, and 2018 was when the acquisition occurred. We had an inbound sales team as well, basically quite a few groups.
